Entertainment Desk: After alleging misbehavior with the makers and actors on the shooting sets, actress Rukaiya Jahan Chamak counter-complained. He also said that he received death threats against co-actor Arash Khan, along with allegations of making bad suggestions.
After a week of speculation in the showbiz arena about this incident, an organizational solution has finally been reached. After the overall analysis of the incident, Chamak was found guilty by the judgment of the Actors’ Association. He was also ordered to issue a formal apology in addition to a monetary penalty.
On Monday (August 14) night, this decision was sent to the media in written form on the pad of the actors association. Where it is said, the behavior of Chakam while agitated on the shooting set, due to which the police came to the set, stopped the shooting etc. and caused financial loss and emotional damage to the director. Apart from this, the behavior of senior actor Fakhrul Bashar Masum and producer Adif Hasan along with everyone in the unit, was actress Chamkar’s fault and the accusations made against actor Arsh Khan in various interviews later on, appear to be completely baseless. The organization has made a few decisions about the surprise of being found guilty. These are-
1. The producer, director and senior actor of the affected play Fakhrul Bashar will formally express his sorrow and apologize in the presence of everyone including Masum.
2. The rest of the money required to complete the production of the play ‘Sawshu Bari Prathon Din’, will be obliged to pay the surprise as compensation.
3. The General Diary (GD) lodged against actor Arash Khan and director Adif Haasan at Chamak police station will be immediately deactivated.
4. He shall undertake in writing that such incident shall not be repeated in future, if it occurs, he shall be bound to accept any punishment by the organization. He will be under the observation of all organizations for the next 6 months. Make sure that there is no complaint against him.
