Entertainment Desk: The relationship between the popular hero Shakib Khan and actress Apu Biswas of Dhakai cinema is far away. Both are living separately after the separation. Currently, both of them are spending their days in their respective careers. Shakib’s ‘Priyatma’ will be released on the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha. On the other hand, the first film produced by Apu Biswas ‘Lal Saree’ is preparing for release.
Apu Biswas starrer ‘Prem Preeti Bandhan’ was released last Eid but did not get good response. This is the preparation for Eid al-Adha. It is heard that Apur’s ‘Lal Saree’ will be released on the occasion of Eid. This has been confirmed by the actress herself. The film will be submitted for censor clearance early next week. Apu is optimistic about this government-funded film.
He said, “Priyatma” starring Shakib Khan is going to be released next Eid. I am not at all worried about what other movies are going to be released. That’s why I will submit my production ‘Lal Saree’ for censor clearance early next week.”
The actress said that the film will be released on Eid. In Apu’s words, ‘If we get the censor clearance properly, then it will be released next Eid. I have also prepared everything for the release of the movie. Those who were with me are also by my side, giving me courage and inspiration. That makes me more optimistic.’

Incidentally, in the financial year 2021-22, Apur’s ‘Lal Saree’ received a government grant of Tk 65 lakh. This film is the first offering of the production company ‘Apu-Joy Films’. Shahiduzzaman Salim, Rasheduzzaman Apu, Shahed Ali, Barada Mithu, Subrata, Rebecca Rauf etc. also acted in different roles. The film is directed by Bandhan Biswas.
