Entertainment Desk: Arifin Shubo took only 1 rupee to play the role of Mujib in the movie ‘Mujib: A Rupkar of the Nation’ with a budget of 83 crore rupees. Now it is known that Nusrat Imroz Tishao took a fee of 1 taka for playing the role of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnecha Mujib in the same movie.
In this regard, Tisha told the media, ‘I would not take a single rupee. It should be written in the contract, so I took it. I just wanted to make the film from a place of love. Now I feel like I’m getting more love than I thought. What can be a greater honor than this?’
Tisha said that after the release of the movie, she is getting such reactions, which impressed her. He said, “Those who are watching the film, many are saying, ‘We have not seen Begum Mujib up close, we have only heard her talk.’ But seeing you, it seems that you are that Begum Mujib. We think that Begum Mujib was just like you on screen. We could feel that.’
