Kochi: HMD Global, the maker of Nokia phones, has expanded its range of market-leading feature phones by introducing the new Nokia 105 Classic. The biggest feature of this classic model that comes with a starting price of Rs 999 is that you can make UPI payments without a smartphone. The phone comes with an inbuilt UPI application.
Ravi Kunwar, Vice President, Global India and APAC, HMD said, “We are excited to upgrade our market-leading feature phone lineup with the new Nokia 105 Classic. With the feature-packed Nokia 105 in the sub-Rs 1000 segment, we aim to bridge the digital divide and enable financial access for all, he added.
Other features include a one-year replacement guarantee, wireless radio, 800 mAh battery, and wide spacing between each button on the keymat. The Nokia 105 will be available in four variants, single or dual-SIM, with or without charger, in Charcoal and Blue colors.
