Amneh was arrested on Monday night (October 16) from his home in the famous city of Nazareth, Israel. Besides being a singer, she is also a doctor. The singer was working for a charity in Gaza.
Amneh reportedly described his work for the charity working in Gaza in two posts on his Instagram account. There he also wrote, May the Lord give me help and mercy and none can be victorious except the Lord. He is the only winner.
It is mainly for this reason that the Israeli police detained Amneh for questioning. It is also an attempt to suppress online support for terrorism and provocative behavior, Israeli police said. It is reported that no decision has been taken to extend the detention period of the singer after the interrogation.
According to an Israeli media report, Amneh had previously filed a lawsuit against members of an Israeli settler group for alleged harassment. A trained neuroscientist and the singer’s patriotic song ‘Ehne Palestineia’, about the independence of Palestine, became a huge hit.
Incidentally, the Israeli security forces intensified their security operations against Palestinians living in parts of Israel after the attacks by the armed group Hamas in southern Israel and the arrest of the singer Abu Amneh. And nothing is known about him.
