Entertainment Desk: Two popular stars of Bollywood are actor Sanjay Dutt and actress Madhuri Dixit. Subhash Ghai’s ‘Khalnayak’ film recently completed 30 years. A function was organized in Mumbai on that occasion. Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff were present on the occasion along with the director. Madhuri Dixit, the heroine of ‘Khalnayak’, was not the only one. On that occasion, Subhash commented on Sanjay-Madhuri.
Subhash said, Sanjay repeatedly said that the film ‘Khalnayak’ would do well. He used to say this to me, but his eyes were always on Madhuri. Sanjay was surprised to hear Subhash’s comment.
That famous song from Sanjay’s ‘Khalnayak’ movie ‘Nayak Nehi, Khalnayak Hoon Main’. Released in 1993, this film is so popular that it has influenced the recently released Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Jawaan’.
Madhuri’s pairing with Sanjay was an audience favorite in the 90s. The Sanjay-Madhuri duo gave several hit films like ‘Saajan’, ‘Thanedar’ and ‘Khalnayak’. But behind the camera too, the love affair of the two stars took wings. It is still practiced in Balipara.
After the release of ‘Saajan’ in 1991, talk of Sanjay and Madhuri’s relationship started in Balipara. The actor was married when Sanjay met Madhuri. Sanjay was married to Richa Sharma.
Whispers are heard in Balipara, Sanjay has an extra-marital affair with Madhuri. The actor decided to marry Madhuri. Some people in Balipara claim that Richa went to America for treatment. At that time she came to know that Sanjay was thinking of breaking up with her. He immediately came back to Mumbai after finding out.
In an interview, Richa said that Sanjay does not want to break up with her. Misunderstandings and distance have affected their relationship. But after 15 days he left for America again. In an old interview, Richa claimed that Sanjay did not treat her well. A third person came between them and the relationship was torn apart. Richer’s sister Ena Sharma, however, blames Madhuri as the reason behind Sanjay and Richer’s breakup. He claimed this in an interview given to a newspaper in 1992.
However, there was no chance of Sanjay’s legal separation with Richa. Richa died of brain tumor in 1996. Sanjay’s relationship with Madhuri did not last long. When Sanjay was jailed in 1993, Madhuri distanced herself from the actor. The actress did not visit Sanjay while in custody.

Sanjay was released on bail for a short period in October 1993. The actor opened up about his relationship with Madhuri. Sanjay said, there have been various talks about my relationship with Madhuri.
